Simon was appointed Managing Director of M Group Services’ Energy Division in 2021. Simon previously worked for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Siemens Metering Services and Eastern Electricity and is CIMA qualified.
Donnie joined Morrison Utility Services (MUS) in October 2014 as Commercial Director on the Cadent MUS/Skanska JV (tRIIO). After spending 21 years at his previous employer in a similar sector, Donnie has now held key leadership roles for M Group Services including Director of tRIIO and Divisional Commercial Director for the Telecoms Division. Donnie was appointed Managing Director for Morrison Energy Services on 1st September 2023
David Joined Morrison Energy Services (MES) as Managing Director of Transmission Networks in December 2021 when they were acquired from his previous long-term employer. In this, and his previous roles, he has led a delivery focussed overhead line business, specifically with National Grid as a client. He is a chartered Civil Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of new-build and refurbishment. Following the merger of Transmission Networks with MES substations business at the beginning of September 2023, David is now Managing Director of the combined business, MES Electricity Transmission.
Tom joined the Energy Division in 2020, following operational and commercial roles across a range of high-profile and high-consequence environments. As Sales & Strategy Director, he is responsible for growing relationships with our existing and new customers, extending our service offering across the energy lifecycle, and building the Energy Division's new and high-growth businesses.
Parminder joined the Energy Division as Finance Director, in September 2023. Parminder has 25 years of experience in Finance and Operations and has held Finance Leadership positions across a wide range of businesses ranging from Avon Cosmetics, Capita, Volkswagen Group, Holland & Barrett, DFS Group & Carpetright. Parminder has extensive experience in Transformation, Change Management and M&A’s and is a Qualified Accountant.

Paul joined Morrison Utility Services (MUS) in October 2007 as Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Director. Paul has had a varied career having previously worked for several large construction companies and including spending 24 years as a Royal Engineer. Paul has a Master’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management, sits on various industry panels including RoSPA and is a Chartered Member of IOSH. As part of the growth strategy of MGroup Services Paul has become the SHEQ Director of the Energy Division
Claire joined the business as HR Director in 2018 and has over 20 years of HR experience having previously worked for Mayborn Group, PepsiCo and T-Mobile.
