Adam joined Morrison Utility Services in 1987 as a site engineer and has undertaken a number of roles in the business before being appointed Executive Director in 1997. Adam has been instrumental in the development of partnerships and long-term relationships with key clients.
As MD of the Energy Infrastructure Division, Adam will be responsible for overseeing our gas, electricity and green energy works conducted by Morrison Energy Services.
Sean joined Morrison Utility Services in 2001, gaining his most recent position as Executive Director in January 2016. Sean is responsible for the Gas Distribution Strategic Partnership with National Grid Gas Distribution and for the Western Gas Alliance (WGA) with Wales & West Utilities (WWU). Sean has worked in the construction/utility sector for over 30 years and has worked on long-term traditional frameworks and alliance and joint venture contracts, developing strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners to deliver sustainable and equitable performance for all parties. Sean is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and as of 1 April 2021 he will be Executive Director of Morrison Energy Services.
Peter Carolan joined Morrison Utility Services in 2012 as a Contract Director and was appointed as Executive Director in April 2019.
Peter will be Executive Director for Morrison Water Services and Morrison Energy Services from 1 April 2021.
Andy joined Morrison Utility Services in 2008, and was appointed Business Development Director of Morrison Energy Services in January 2021. Andy is responsible for all business development activities within the new MES business with the aim of supporting growth in line with group aspirations; developing existing and new relationships in both the traditional energy networks as well as the emerging green energy sector.
Andy has worked in the construction sector for over 30 years with a career covering a wide array of experience including large scale tunnelling, heavy civil engineering, marine construction and utilities.
Andy is a member of the Institute of Directors and Association for Project Management and has an MBA from the University of Warwick.
John joined Morrison Utility Services in 2000 as an Assistant Accountant and has undertaken a number of roles in the business both at a contract level and within the head office, before being appointed to Finance Manager in 2014 and then Finance Director in 2018. John is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and from the 1 April 2021 he will be Finance Director of Morrison Energy Services.
Paul joined Morrison Utility Services (MUS) in October 2007 as Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Director. Paul has had a varied career having previously worked for several large construction companies and including spending 24 years as a Royal Engineer. Paul has a Masters Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management, Sits on various industry panels including RoSPA and is a Chartered Member of IOSH. Paul will be the SHEQ Director of Morrison Energy Services from 1 April 2021.
Rachel joined Morrison Utility Services in 2020 as Head of HR. Rachel’s HR career spans over 20 years, across a number of sectors, including professional services, financial services and the rail industry, in the UK and overseas.
Most recently, Rachel was at Deloitte in a senior HR role working with the Audit & Assurance practice. Rachel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. As of 1 April 2021 Rachel will be Head of HR for Morrison Energy Services and Morrison Water Services.
Justin joined Morrison Utility Services in early 2020 and was appointed Commercial Director for Morrison Energy Services in April 2021. Justin is accountable for the commercial function within the energy business and has over 30 years of experience in delivering major infrastructure projects and programmes across a range of sectors including utilities, highways, aviation and rail.
Justin is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a Master of Laws Degree in Legal Practice. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
Andy is responsible for IT, Innovation and the Intelligent Solutions team, to develop and implement innovative solutions and process improvements to support growth, to improve efficiency and safety and to deliver excellent customer service.
Working closely with our contracts to continuously improve our service offering, the Intelligent Solutions team facilitate the introduction of innovations via our Applied Innovation Model, manage process and system improvements and ensure that our IT systems remain stable and supported.
Andy is a qualified Civil Engineer with an Executive MBA. Andy has over 22 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry, including spells working for contractors, consultants and also a large UK water company.
