Morrison Energy Services inspire future talent in Wales

As part of National Careers Week our colleagues delivered a virtual careers session to inspire future talent in Wales.

Dean Kerswell, High Voltage Electrical Apprentice, from our National Grid contract joined Kate Hickey, Emerging Talent Manager, to deliver the virtual session to Electrical students at Coleg Gwent.

Several classes of students from the college joined our virtual session, where our team explained how they could start their careers with Morrison Energy Services. The session covered a range of topics, including what we do here at Morrison Energy Services and the apprenticeship opportunities we have available.

At Morrison Energy Services, we are committed to inspiring the next generation of highly skilled, forward thinking and technically competent people. In 2023, our STEM Ambassadors across M Group Services created over £1.5m in social value.

Becoming a STEM ambassador can be hugely rewarding, not only giving back to the local communities, but also a step towards personal and professional development.
